You can check the cost of delivering the items in your basket by clicking on "My Basket" and selecting "Estimate Delivery". Standard delivery costs are calculated on weight and delivery location. Most UK mainland Postcodes are covered by the standard delivery charge. If your item is to be delivered to any of the listed postcodes below there may be an additional charge.

Deliveries in the following postcodes may experience a small delay in delivery due to the additional distance.
HS,IV41-49, IV51,55 &56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE, IM & Channel Islands.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

Any items you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order, except that some deliveries are not made outside the United Kingdom.

Orders placed before 2.00 pm on a working day will be processed that day and will be delivered according to your selected delivery method provided no additional security checks are required and all items are in stock available for dispatch.

If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under our control we will inform you as soon as possible.

If you deliberately fail to take delivery of the goods (otherwise than by reason of circumstances under our control) then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us , we may:

1. store the goods until actual delivery and charge you for reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or
2. sell the goods at the best readily obtainable price and either (a), where you have not already paid for the goods in question, account to you (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) for any excess over the price you agreed to pay for the goods or charge you for any shortfall below the price you agreed to pay for the goods or (b), where you have already paid for the goods in question, account to you (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) for any proceeds received.

If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations we shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. On exercising your right to cancel you shall be required to return the goods to:

Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you of any delay as soon as possible and will give you the option of cancelling your order at this point.

Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.

Every shipment from Westside Music Centres is accompanied by a shipment notification. This is usually but not exclusively in the form an of an email. Delivery is expected to you, unless otherwise notified within 72 hours of this notification. Should you consider your delivery missing then you must notify us with 14 days of your despatch notice. After this date your delivery will be considered delivered and no claims of undelivered goods or missing items will be considered.

Westside Music Centres will not accept liability for parcels, lost, stolen or damaged by any third party contracted to deliver/collect any consignments. If you are concerned about loss, damage or theft in transit please select to use our Next Day Courier Option, or an insured, trackable Royal Mail Product. Should any issue outside of our responsibilities we will do our best to assist you.

Please note we expect the recipient or someone to be able to receive and sign for the delivery. In the event of someone not at home a "while you were out" card will be left stating the date and time of attempted delivery. The card will have a local contact telephone number for the recipient to call to arrange another delivery. We do not control this situation.

In certain circumstances packaging materials may contain descriptive texts or brand logo's which can identify the contents of the package. If you are buying an item as a gift please be aware of this and that whilst we do our best to be discreet we cannot guarantee the nature of the packaging as we attempt to recycle as much packaging as we can.
