Returns How-to
Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase or there is a fault with it then we have made our returns procedure quick and easy so that shopping with us continues to be a pleasure.
Should you have any doubts about if you can return and item please check our terms and conditions or you can emails us returns@wmcmusic.co.uk.
The Returns Process:
Registered users
- Go to My Account and Sign in
- Select Helpdesk
- Choose the returns department and fill in the form telling us the reason for your return. Don’t forget to choose the Order that is relates to so we can process the return quickly.
Guests
- Send an email to returns@wmcmusic.co.uk with your order number and the details of what item(s) you would like to return and why.
What next?
You will receive an automatic email from us with a reference number, please put this reference number inside the box with the item(s) you are returning. Please ensure the package is securely sealed and that it will survive its journey.
N.B. It is very important that if you are returning a product because it is the wrong thing, or you have changed your mind that you do not mark the box it came in, we may have to charge you a repacking fee if you do so.
If the item has arrived damaged or incorrectly
We shall arrange with you to pick up the item (and deliver its replacement if applicable) at your convenience.
If you have changed your mind about the item or wish to return it according to your rights under the distance selling.
Once you have your returns number you can send the item back to us yourself or our courier can collect the item(s) and return them to us at a cost of £9.99. A £5 administration charge for this service will be charged.
